This simmering sauce has been used in my family for years. It was a dinner time favorite and still is. We made a big batch as a sampler for the 2013 Superbowl party. We cooked chicken, pork and tofu, it was all mouth watering delicious!

Our favorite recipe
How we cook with it
Cover 2 - 3 lbs of pork or chicken with one jar of Mama's Heavenly BBQ, top with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 1.5 hours. Remove foil and continue to cook for an additional 1/2 hour or until the meat falls apart. Serve with baked potato.
Refrigerate unused portion.
