Marinara with Italian Sausage

Spicy Marinara or Regular Marinara and add your favorite Italian Sausage

Saute your favorite Italian Sausage until cooked (no butter or oil needed). Add 1 jar of Mama's Spicy Marinara or Marinara and stir occassionally while you cook your pasta.  Let simmer for at least 15 minutes.  Cook 1 lb of pasta (according to package instructions) and serve hot!

Tips:

  • Add your favorite parmesan cheese
  • Leftovers make great pizza burgers, toast an English Muffins, add sauce and Mozzarella cheese, bake for 375 about 15 min.
  • Small jars use ½ recipe
  • I highly recommend this with Cappelini (angel hair)
  • Use hot sausage and kick it up, or use mild and tame the heat!
