5 cups shredded cabbage - green
1 cup shredded cabbage - purple
1 shredded carrot, about 1 cup
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's is my favorite)
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp pepper

Shred cabbage and carrot, set aside.  In a seperate bowl, add the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sugar, celery seed and pepper.  Mix well with a whisk.  Once well combined, pour over the top of your cabbage and let it set for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
