Preheat oven to 350°.  

Cook Penne Pasta, as directed, but shorten the time by 1-2 minutes so it does not overcook when baking.

1 jar Mama's Spicy Marinara (or Marinara)
1 lb Penne Pasta
1 lb spicy sausage (we like Johnsonville)
1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 oz Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Butter baking dish, add cooked Penne, pour Mama's sauce over the top.  Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan Cheese over the top.   Salt & Pepper to taste.  Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted!
